USE COMPETITIVE HEATING & COOLING!!!
I live in Detroit and own rental property in Pontiac, MI. I was in desperate need of a furnace repairman in the Pontiac area when the furnace went out in the dead of winter ‘15. I took my chances and randomly picked, something I NEVER do, Competitive Heating & Cooling off of Google. Best gamble I ever took. They promptly went to the property, made the repair, and accepted my payment over the phone, with no hesitation, all for a VERY reasonable price. Needless to say when my tenant contacted me Tuesday to say that the A/C unit was not cooling, I called Competitive asap. It’s Thursday, the A/C is fixed, again for a very reasonable price, my tenant is happy and I’m ECSTATIC!
